Born in Goiânia, the capital city of Goiás in central Brazil, Vítor embarked on a transformative journey to America that led him to a promising career in personal injury law.His academic journey began at Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. It was during his undergraduate years that Vítor discovered his passion for solving complex, real-world problems. This newfound interest propelled him towards law school, where he delved into the intricacies of the legal world.
During his first year in law school, Vítor demonstrated a formidable drive to engage and connect with the legal community. Joining the Trial Team, he showcased his skills and determination, earning the title of runner-up champion in the 1L mock trial competition. His commitment to excellence extended to the Moot Court Society, where he emerged as one of the top-eight finalists in the 1L competition. Additionally, Vítor served in various leadership roles, including treasurer of the Student Bar Association, showcasing his dedication to leadership in the legal profession beyond the classroom.
Academic achievement was a hallmark of Vítor’s law school journey, as evidenced by his receipt of the prestigious book award for achieving the highest grades in both Legal Research and Writing I and II. This dedication to his studies laid a strong foundation for his future career in personal injury law. Vítor is a proud graduate of Florida State University College of Law, earning him the title, “Double ‘Nole”.
Through diverse internships and clerking opportunities, Vítor discovered his true calling: advocating for those harmed by the negligence of others. Embracing the principles of integrity and honesty, he pursued an all-or-nothing legal perspective, ensuring the best possible outcomes for those he serves.
