I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019 with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Merchandising, where I honed my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to navigate fast-paced environments. Seeking to broaden my understanding of the legal field, I began pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University where I plan to graduate in 2025.
Throughout my career, I have acquired valuable experience in sales and customer support, which translates seamlessly into my role as a legal assistant. I understand the importance of clear communication, empathy, and providing exceptional service to our clients during their difficult times. I am dedicated to understanding their unique situations, assisting in claim management, conducting thorough investigations, and obtaining crucial medical records necessary for building strong cases.
