Elaine Loibman Roper

Senior Associate Litigation Attorney


Elaine Loibman Roper is a Senior Associate Litigation Attorney at Rosen Injury Law, where she focuses her practice on personal injury matters, including transportation and premises liability cases throughout Fort Lauderdale and South Florida.

Since joining Rosen Injury Law, Mrs. Loibman Roper has represented injured clients through all stages of litigation and has helped recover millions of dollars on their behalf. Her practice is informed by her prior experience at prominent Broward County law firms, including respected commercial litigation and insurance defense firms, which provides her with a valuable perspective in advocating for plaintiffs.

Mrs. Loibman Roper is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Before her admission to the Florida Bar, she interned for the Honorable N. Hunter Davis of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

In 2026, Mrs. Loibman Roper was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She also serves as a board member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.

Mrs. Loibman Roper earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2017. She then earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, in 2021. While in law school, she served as a member of the NSU Trial Association Honor Society and held leadership roles on the executive boards of several student organizations, including the Black Law Student Association. She also served as a research assistant to Dean Jane E. Cross in the Legal Research and Writing Department.

Outside of the office, Mrs. Loibman Roper enjoys spending time with her family. She is also fluent in Spanish.
