Elaine Loibman Roper joins Rosen Injury Law as an Associate Litigation attorney, where she focuses her practice in many areas of Fort Lauderdale personal injury, including transportation and premises liability matters. Prior to joining Rosen Injury Law, Mrs. Loibman Roper practiced at prominent law firms within Broward County, including notable commercial and insurance defense firms. With her, she brings experience to the litigation aspects with an integral perspective. Prior to her admission to the Florida Bar and United States Southern District of Florida, she interned for the Honorable Judge N. Hunter Davis in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Mrs. Loibman Roper received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2017. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2021 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she served as a member of the NSU Trial Association (Honor Society), and served on the executive board of several associations, including the Black Law Student Association. She also participated as a research assistant to Dean Jane E. Cross in the Legal Research & Writing department.
In her free time, Mrs. Loibman Roper enjoys spending time with her family. She is also fluent in Spanish.
