Biography
Alexsandra “Alex” Litowsky is a litigation attorney at Rosen Injury Law, P.A., where she represents individuals who have been injured as a result of another party’s negligence or wrongdoing. She handles motor-vehicle car accidents, commercial motor-vehicle and trucking collisions, slip/trip incidents, unsafe property conditions, negligent security cases, medical malpractice, and wrongful-death matters. Known for her meticulous case development, sharp deposition strategy, and strong command of medical-legal issues, Alex has built a reputation as a relentless and results-driven advocate for her clients.
Since joining Rosen Injury Law in 2021, Alex has personally recovered over $20 million in settlements on the matters she has handled, reflecting her meticulous preparation, strategic litigation skills, and dedication to maximizing client outcomes.
Her results and professional reputation have earned her statewide and regional recognition. Alex has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Florida for 2024 and 2025, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of young attorneys statewide. She has also been featured in regional publication, including recognition in the Boca Observer’s “Top Lawyers” edition.
Alex earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences and Education from Montclair State University. Before attending law school, she worked full-time with a medical provider and surgical center in med-legal marketing and case management, experience that gives her an uncommon depth of understanding of medical diagnostics, surgical procedures, and treatment pathways, which she uses to strengthen her clients’ cases.
She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating first in the evening division and receiving the NSU Law Student of the Year (2020) award.
Alex brings a fair, direct, and communicative style to her practice. She listens closely, explains clearly, and stays engaged until her clients feel informed and comfortable with the process. She offers validation when it’s needed and provides tactful, steady guidance when expectations need to be clarified. In litigation, she approaches her cases with vigorous preparation, focused strategy, and a consistent commitment to achieving just and equitable outcomes.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, the ocean, good food, lots of laughter, and the company of her beloved French Bulldog, Leia “Licky”.
