Melissa Serrano Cid
Melissa Serrano Cid is a paralegal at Rosen Injury Law and heads up the firm’s pre-litigation Rapid Response Team. Ms. Serrano provides assistance to our clients for each phase of our pre-litigation cases including sign-up, investigation, medical treatment, demands, negotiations and settlement. She also provides support to our litigation teams. Melissa is meticulous in her approach and takes pride in being detailed and proactive to help each client get an amazing result.
Melissa has extensive experience in the area of personal injury accidents including, car, motorcycle, pedestrian, truck and other unfortunate accidents resulting in injury. Melissa is currently completing her junior year at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. Melissa plans to attend law school to become a lawyer and continue helping people who have been injured by another person or corporation’s negligence.
Melissa was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the United States when she was 18 years old to pursue her dreams. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
On her spare time, Melissa loves to read, cook, go to the gym, and watch movies with friends and family.
